With over 10 years working in sports, health and fitness, I've had the privledge of working with people from all walks of life. When I qualified as a Physio and starting working in private practice and Occupational Health, I grew a passion for inspirng people who felt like they had lost a part of their through every day life, work and busyness. Inspiring people in health is why I do what I do; it doesn't need to be complicated. I believe the success in my practice is due to the vast experience of beahviour change coaching I have - understanding how you work sometimes better than you do, and giving you the right path and strategy forwards to health and fitness.

68 Balsall Street, Balsall Common, CV7 7AP. We're upstairs at Aesthetics by Paris, right in the middle of the village.
There's parking directly outside the clinic, and more down the small side road. You're welcome to park on the road as well — the residents are happy with it, we just ask that you're respectful about where you leave the car. One thing worth knowing: if it's a Friday, leave enough room for the bin lorry!
If you know Oakes Farm Shop, take the turning into Balsall Common village centre and we're just there. Look for the Resync A-board on the verge — once you've spotted that, you're in the right area. We're in the large old building - Aesthetics by Paris or most recently Gingers estate agents and the old forge long before that.
Come straight in to Aesthetics by Paris and someone will direct you upstairs to us. If there's no one about when you get here, give us a call — we work across several spaces, so we may be on our way back from a home visit. We won't be long.
There are sofas to wait on both downstairs and upstairs, so take your pick and make yourself comfortable. We'll come and get you when we're ready for you.
We work with clients claiming through private health insurance and we're happy to support your claim. Cover varies a lot from policy to policy, so please check with your insurer — and with us — before you book.
Our physiotherapists are all registered members of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), reflecting our commitment to providing high-quality care. We take pride in our collaboration with health insurance providers, ensuring their members receive exceptional physiotherapy services.
We cannot assume responsibility for any non-payment of claims, treatment fee shortfalls, or the patient's obligation to cover any excess amount. (Health insurance excess represents the out-of-pocket payment required upfront before the insurance plan starts covering specific benefits and medical care costs).
We can work with any insurance company whose criteria are HCPC-registered physiotherapists.
