Holly is a physiotherapist at Resync with a special interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and female athlete health. Her passion for physiotherapy began during her own sporting career, which included competing internationally for Team GB Boxing. Facing a number of injury and health challenges along the way, she saw first hand the difference a physiotherapist can make to someone's recovery, and it inspired her to do the same.
Holly thrives in high performance sport. She is the academy therapist for the U10 to U12 girls at Birmingham City Women's Football Club, and provides pitchside support for the University of Birmingham women's BUCS football team. This work has given her a strong grounding in pitchside injury care, concussion support and early stage rehab.
At Resync, Holly helps people restore function, improve performance and get more out of everyday life, with a focus on evidence-based care that looks after their health for the long term. Alongside her physiotherapy training, she is a Level 4 sports massage therapist and holds FA qualifications in emergency first aid, first response for sport and safeguarding children in football, as well as certification in sports taping.
Outside of work, Holly is an active runner who regularly completes half marathons and Hyrox races. She is also a qualified England Boxing Level 1 coach.

Abi is clear, concise and has a huge knowledge. Her experience and ability to diagnose and advise has been so beneficial to me with various niggles in back and legs and also to my son post arm break surgery and the subsequent rehabilitation. Thanks Abi.
