Hands-on work that settles pain, restores movement, and gets you back to the things you love.
Sports massage is firmer, more focused work on a specific area — the calf that tightens at the same point in every run, the shoulder that won't rotate, the back that's seized by Thursday. Not a full-body hour, but time spent where the problem actually is.
It's delivered by a physiotherapist, so you'll leave knowing what we found and why it's happening — not just an hour of pressure. Leave moving like you should.
Work into the deeper muscle layers to release long-held tension, ease pain and get normal movement back.
Useful after hard training blocks or a heavy week, when things have tightened up and stayed that way.
Range of motion you can actually use — the shoulder that reaches, the hip that rotates, the ankle that bends.
Whether that's a golf swing, a long hike or race week, moving freely is what lets you train the way you meant to.
An hour where nobody needs anything from you. Most people underestimate how much that matters.
A physiotherapist is doing the treating, so imbalances get noticed — and explained — before they turn into the next problem.

Our sports massage is delivered by a therapist trained in massage and will help you feel renewed and energised.
Whether you are a regular sports person or a desk worker a sports massage can be a good fit for you.
You'll get the hands-on work you came for, and an honest view on whether how to support your feeling renewed.
The people who get the most out of massage aren't the ones who book when something has already gone. They're the ones who keep it in the diary.
A membership makes that easier and cheaper. Pick how often suits you, pay monthly, and if you miss one it rolls over. Single sessions are still £68 whenever you want one.
Book one when you need one. No commitment, no membership.

Memberships are rolling and monthly. They a minimum commitment of 2 months. Cancel any time after your second month.
Only down to what's needed for the area we're working on — usually shorts, and a vest or sports bra. You stay covered with towels the whole time apart from the bit being treated. If you'd rather keep something on, say so and we'll work around it.
Something comfortable you can move in. Shorts and a t-shirt or vest work for most areas; a sports bra is useful if we're working on your back or shoulders. If you're coming from work, there's space to change here — no need to arrange your day around it.
A relaxation massage is designed to feel good. Sports massage is aimed at a specific problem — a tight area, a restriction, something that's stopping you moving properly. It's more focused, sometimes firmer, and you'll get an explanation of what we found rather than just a nice hour.
No. The name is misleading. Most people who come in aren't athletes — they're at a desk all week, carrying kids, or gardening at the weekend. If something's tight or aching, it's the right treatment regardless of what you do.
Yes, and a good number of the people we treat are. Age isn't the thing that decides whether massage is appropriate — what's going on in the tissue is, and we adapt pressure and technique to that rather than to a number. If you're managing arthritis, osteoporosis, joint replacements or you're on medication that affects bruising, tell us and we'll work around it. Staying mobile matters more with every decade, not less.
Usually yes, and often it's more useful. We'll take a full history first, and adapt pressure and technique around anything relevant — blood thinners, recent surgery, skin conditions, joint replacements, pregnancy. If something means massage isn't appropriate, we'll tell you and suggest what would be.
It can be uncomfortable in places, but it shouldn't be something you have to endure. Deeper isn't automatically better. Tell us what you're feeling and we'll adjust — the aim is a treatment that works, not one you have to brace through.
Depends what you're using it for. In a hard training block, every few weeks suits most people. For a specific problem, a couple of sessions close together then see how it holds. We'll give you an honest view rather than booking you in indefinitely.
