At Resync, our focus is on getting results quickly to get you back doing the things you love.
It starts small. You stop lifting the heavy thing. You let someone else carry the shopping in. You say no to a kickabout in the garden, sit out a weekend, leave the borders until next month. Then one day you notice you've stopped doing the things you love, and your life has got smaller.
Getting that back to full enjoyment and resilience takes more than twenty minutes and a sheet of exercises. It takes time to work out what's actually going on and plan that understand you, your lifestyle, habits and focus.

Not everyone likes exercise, and not everyone wants to. That's fine — we're not going to hand you a programme built for someone who loves the gym and hope for the best.
What we will do is work out the smallest amount of the right thing, done at times that actually exist in your week. Rehab you'll do beats rehab that's perfect on paper, every time.
"Absolutely superb clinic! I highly recommend Abi. Her knowledge, empathy, experience and professionalism is fantastic. She has helped my mum overcome a very painful neck issue and within short succession, recognising that the issue wasn't simply a mechanical problem but one with other factors influencing pain. From coming in with tears to leaving with a smile after the first session, my mum is very grateful to Abi for everything she has done for her! Thank you."
This is where we get to the why. A full history and physical assessment — how you move, where the strength is missing, what your body has started doing to avoid the painful bit, and what's going on in the rest of your week that's asking more of it than it can currently give. We look beyond the injury and at you. You'll leave with a clear diagnosis in plain language, and an understanding of what's actually driving it.
Hands-on treatment where it helps — soft tissue work, joint mobilisation, whatever gets things moving again. This starts in the first appointment, so you walk out with relief and hope.
Not a sheet of twelve exercises you'll abandon by Thursday. We work out what actually matters, how little of it you can get away with, and where it fits — while the kettle boils, before the school run, in front of the telly. If you hate the gym, we won't send you there.
Strength and capacity built back progressively, so the thing that caused it in the first place stops being a problem. This is the stage most people never get to — it's also the one that decides whether you're back here in six months.
A written summary after every session, your programme in an app with video for each exercise, and somewhere to ask when something doesn't feel right. Nothing left to memory, and no waiting a fortnight to find out whether a twinge matters.
Treatment starts with a thorough assessment and enough time to do it. That's what allows a detailed, accurate evaluation, using current evidence-based testing.
That includes a combination of clinical tests, mobility screening, muscle strength profiling and functional capacity testing. It's how we identify what's actually causing your symptoms rather than where they're showing up.
Diagnosis, hands-on treatment and a plan. Right for most acute injuries and niggles.
Adds full strength profiling, movement screening and capacity testing. Best for recurring problems or multiple problem areas.
Everything above, plus a month of individual programming and direct support seven days a week. The one to book if you've got a season or a race in mind.
Follow-up appointments are booked as you need them. We'll give you a realistic picture of how many at the first appointment. We offer discounts for block bookings of over 5 sessions.
We treat why it hurts, not just what hurts. That means understanding how you move, what your body can currently take, and what's asking more of it than that.
Active rehab sits at the centre of it. Recovery is something you take part in, not something done to you while you lie there — strength, mobility and capacity built back in the right order, at a pace your body can take.
Hands-on treatment is essential to build momentum in recovery. Soft tissue work and joint mobilisation settle things quickly and open the door to the work that follows.

Whatever brings you in, the approach is the same — find what's driving it, treat that, then work with you to build lasting strength and resilience.
Your first hour of physiotherapy is half price. A full hour to find out what is actually driving the problem, treat it, and send you away with a plan you can follow.
New clients only. Valid on the 55 minute initial appointment and treatment at £75, so you pay £37.50. Use the code PHYSIO50 when you book online, or mention it when you ring. It cannot be used with memberships or other offers.
