Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply to all services provided by Resync Physiotherapy & Wellbeing. By booking an appointment or class with us, you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one published here.

1. Who we are

Resync Wellbeing Ltd, trading as Resync Physiotherapy & Wellbeing, is based at 68 Balsall Street, Balsall Common, CV7 7AP. All clinicians providing treatment through Resync are registered with the appropriate statutory or professional body for their discipline. Our physiotherapists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Every clinician holds current professional indemnity insurance, works within their own scope of practice, and maintains their continuing professional development as required by their regulator. Registration details for the clinician treating you are available on request, and we will confirm who you are booked with before your appointment.

2. Booking and payment

Appointments can be booked online, by phone or by email. Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance. Prices are as published on our website at the time of booking. Block bookings, memberships and class blocks are paid for in advance.

3. Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is set out separately and forms part of these terms. In short: we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and appointments cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.

4. Your treatment

We will explain any proposed treatment and answer your questions before proceeding. You may withdraw your consent at any point, including during a session. Please tell us about any medical conditions, medication, injuries or pregnancy, as these may affect what treatment is appropriate.

We cannot guarantee a particular outcome from treatment. What we can promise is an honest assessment, a clear explanation, and a plan based on current evidence — and that we will refer you elsewhere if we believe someone else is better placed to help.

5. Classes

Class places are limited and are allocated in booking order. You must complete a health questionnaire before your first class. If your circumstances change — including pregnancy, injury or a new diagnosis — please tell us before attending.

6. Records and privacy

We keep clinical records in line with UK healthcare regulations and professional standards. How we collect, store and use your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Concerns and complaints

If something isn't right, please tell us — most things are easily resolved. Email info@resyncphysiotherapy.co.uk and we will acknowledge your concern within five working days. You also have the right to raise a concern with the HCPC.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. We are fully insured for the services we provide.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
