Emma Crampton

Pelvic Health Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, Antenatal & Postnatal Pilates

Emma is a pelvic health physiotherapist and Pilates instructor who leads the Wednesday evening Pilates classes at Resync. Alongside her time with us, she works as a pelvic health physiotherapist at Coventry Hospital. Friendly and caring, Emma has one clear aim for her career: to help as many people as she can.

Emma trained at the University of Liverpool, graduating with a first class degree in Physiotherapy. She was awarded the Armour-Johnson Clinical Prize for the highest placement marks and the Laidlow Academic Prize for the highest overall marks, and her dissertation looked at how Iyengar yoga can help women with endometriosis manage chronic pelvic pain and improve their quality of life.

Emma is qualified to teach antenatal and postnatal Pilates, and has completed further training in pelvic floor health and lower bowel dysfunction. Her classes are a friendly, supportive space to build strength and confidence, whether you're living with back pain or getting back to exercise after having a baby.

Outside of work, you'll find Emma doing Pilates and yoga, swimming, and running half marathons.

Abi Edmunds with a client at the Resync clinic in Balsall Common

Abi is clear, concise and has a huge knowledge. Her experience and ability to diagnose and advise has been so beneficial to me with various niggles in back and legs and also to my son post arm break surgery and the subsequent rehabilitation. Thanks Abi.
