Resync & Balsall Common Run Club: Keeping Runners Moving
Running is one of the best things you can do for your health. Resync Physiotherapy is proud to be the physiotherapy partner of Balsall Common Run Club — helping members stay injury-free and get the most from every run.
About Balsall Common Run Club
Balsall Common Run Club is a brilliant, inclusive local running community welcoming runners of all abilities — from complete beginners to experienced club runners. With regular group runs, a friendly atmosphere and a genuine focus on enjoyment and progress, it's one of the best things about our local community.
The Reality of Running Injuries
Running is repetitive by nature, and that repetition places real demands on the body. Knee pain, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, IT band syndrome and Achilles issues are among the most common complaints runners experience. The good news? Most running injuries are very treatable — and many are entirely preventable with the right advice on training load, strength work and recovery.
How Resync Supports Run Club Members
Resync supports Balsall Common Run club having delivered workshops presentations on injury preventation, and updating their run leaders warm up routines, providing expert education and advice to look after the wider community of runners. As the physiotherapy partner of Balsall Common Run Club, Resync offers members expert assessment and treatment of running-related injuries. We also provide advice on training load management, strength and conditioning for runners, and return-to-running programmes after injury. Whether you've been sidelined, are worried about a niggle, or want to train smarter and reduce injury risk — Abi can help.
