Feeling at home in your body again — with a plan that fits round broken sleep, a small person, and a week that rarely goes to plan.
Whether it was six months ago or six years, a lot of women describe the same thing — not recognising their own body, not trusting it, slowly accepting that as the norm.
It isn't. This pathway is about confidence and energy as much as strength, and it starts from where you are rather than where a programme thinks you should be.
In this pathway you receive expert coaching that is tailored to new mums and all the health challenges and issues that come along with it.
"After struggling for months of being out of a routine, I decided to contact Abi. After only a few sessions, I have noticed a massive difference and feel like I am more aware of how I feeling, what I am doing, and finally getting myself back on track as a results of the conversations and coaching with Abi."
Rebuilding deep abdominal control and pelvic floor function properly — in the right order, and without the crunches and planks that often make things worse at this stage.
Training that adds to your energy rather than draining what little there is. Short sessions, sensible loading, and no expectation that you slept well.
Lifting a car seat, carrying a toddler on one hip, getting up off the floor for the fortieth time. The programme is built around what your day actually demands.
Teething, illness, a week where nothing happens. The plan flexes rather than breaking, so a bad fortnight doesn't mean starting again.

This isn't the first time I've heard it but it may be the first time you've experienced it. The leaking, the not recognising yourself, the guilt about wanting time for something that's just yours. None of it is unusual, and none of it is anything to be embarrassed about with me.
There's no judgement about the weeks that didn't happen, and no expectation that you're doing this perfectly. Some weeks getting through is the achievement, and I'll tell you that rather than making you feel behind.
What I will do is notice the progress, because it's slow enough that you probably won't. And I'll keep reminding you that this is worth doing — for you, and for everyone who gets a better version of you as a result.
Six weeks or six years — it makes no difference to whether this will help. Tell us where you are and we'll be honest about what's realistic.
Tell me where you're at. The more detail you give me, the more it will guide our first call. What happens next: I read every application. I'll send you an email once I have read your application and we will arrange a 30 minute call. On the call we will talk through your application and whether the coaching is the right fit. Places are limited as I get alot of applications and keep numbers on my programmes limited to maintain a high quality of care and support.
